Cobra Resources plc (the "Company") today announces the admission of its entire issued share capital of 67,233,532 ordinary shares of nominal value 1 pence each, to listing on the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA (under Chapter 14 of the Listing Rules of the FCA) and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange under the TIDM "COBR".
