Retirement of Non-Executive Director

Hays plc confirms that Victoria Jarman retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on Wednesday 14 November 2018.  The Board wish to thank Ms Jarman for her many years of service to the Company and wish her well for the future.

As advised on 30 August 2018, Peter Williams succeeds Victoria as Chair of the Company's Audit Committee.
