The Directors announce that a decision has been taken following a Board Meeting on 9 November 2018 that the Company's subsidiary company Concrete Products (Kirkcaldy) Limited will cease to trade.

The Directors took this decision due to the substantial losses made by Concrete Products (Kirkcaldy) Limited in the current year to 31 July 2018 and in previous years.  In the year to 31 July 2018 the company's revenue amounted to £2,100,000 and it suffered a loss before tax of £466,000.
