The following notifications are made under article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR') relating to certain transactions in the shares of the Company by Directors of the Company, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') of the Company and/or Persons Closely Associated ('PCA') with the Directors and PDMRs.

On 12 November 2018, the Company was notified that Greg Lock, the Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, had on the same day, purchased 57,000 ordinary shares of 7 5/9 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1167.77 pence per share. This purchase represented approximately 0.0499 per cent of the total voting rights of the Company. Following this purchase, Greg Lock's beneficial holding is 700,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.6133 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
