PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 12 November 2018 it purchased 82,119 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 144.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 85,478,507 ordinary shares in issue.
