Gunsynd plc (GUN.L) announces that it was yesterday informed of the following dealing in the ordinary shares of the Company made by a director.

On 8 November 2018, Don Strang, an Executive Director of the Company, acquired a further 23,761,009 Gunsynd ordinary shares at an average price of 0.032 pence per share, representing approximately 0.49% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the acquisition, Mr Strang now holds an interest in 245,000,000 Gunsynd ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.02% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
