PDMR Shareholding

System1 announces that on 5 November 2018, Stefan Barden, PDMR, purchased 261,850 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at 190 pence per share.  

As a result of this transaction, Stefan now holds 357,088 Shares, representing 2.8% of the Company's voting share capital.
