Director's Shareholding

On 2 November 2018 Nicholas Holmes, Managing Director UKIM, exercised share awards over 12,013 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") granted under the Company's 2013, 2014 and 2015 Long Term Incentive Schemes and subsequently sold 5,646 Ordinary Shares.

Employee Benefit Trust Dealing

The Company was notified on 2 November 2018 by RBC cees Trustee Limited as trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Employee Benefit Trust (the "EBT"), that the EBT transferred 26,778 Ordinary Shares to meet employee awards under the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Long Term Incentive Scheme (the "Schemes").  The EBT then purchased 12,298 Ordinary Shares on 5 November 2018. 

Following this transfer the EBT now holds 146,641 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.05% of the Company's current voting rights.

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of the Company and its subsidiaries, who have been granted awards under the Schemes.
