Exercise of Options

The Company confirms that, following the receipt of a notice of exercise of options under the Company's 'CSOP' scheme from Daryl Pile (Managing Director - Channel), who is a 'person discharging management responsibility', it has approved the issue of 11,111 Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares").

Pursuant to the above exercise of options, and in part to pay the exercise price, the option holder sold 11,111 Ordinary Shares on 5 November 2018 at 830p.
