Appointments to support review

Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, provides the following update subsequent to the Trading and Accounting Review announced on 24 October 2018.

To support the Board with its forensic review, both PWC LLP and DLA Piper LLP have been appointed to carry out an independent forensic investigation (the "Review"). 

The Board will continue to invest in processes and systems and will take on recommendations from the Review of any measures to improve internal controls.

The Board will provide a further update to the market in due course.
