RE-REGISTRATION OF NEX GROUP HOLDINGS PLC TO NEX GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED

In connection with the acquisition of NEX Group plc by CME Group Inc. and CME London Limited implemented by way of a scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 which was announced on the London Stock Exchange on 2 November 2018, NEX Group Holdings plc hereby announces that it has re-registered from a Public Limited Company to a Private Limited Company and changed its name to NEX Group Holdings Limited.

The current listed and admitted securities of NEX Group Holdings Limited will continue to be listed on the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and admitted to trading of the Securities on the London Stock Exchange and the NEX Exchange, respectively.
