Persons discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) shareholdings

On 1 November 2018, the Company was notified that Sanne Fiduciary Services Limited, as trustee of The NEX Group Employee Share Trust, transferred at nil cost the following ordinary shares of 17.5p each in the Company to the following PDMRs in satisfaction of awards vesting in connection with the CME Acquisition. The Sharesave options were transferred at an exercise price of £4.84 per share.
