Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that the following documents were posted to shareholders on 1 November 2018:

•	Annual Report for the period ended 30 June 2018 ("Annual Report");
•	Notice of AGM; and
•	Form of Proxy.

The documents are also available to view and download on the Company's website at www.theprsreit.com. Shareholders who require a Form of Proxy can also contact the Company's Registrars, Link Asset Services, on 0871 664 0300.

The AGM will be held at 11:00 am on 28 November 2018 at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, One Fleet Place, London EC4M 7WS. 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
