Artemis Alpha Trust plc announces that Mr Kartik Kumar acquired a further 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company on Monday, 29 October 2018 at a price of 292.55 pence per share and 5,000 ordinary shares on Wednesday, 31 October 2018 at a price of 296.00 pence per share. Mr Kumar now holds 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Further, a connected person to Mr Kumar, Miss Tansy Aspinall, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares on Monday, 29 October 2018 at a price of 292.00 pence per share. Miss Aspinall now holds 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
