London, UK, 31 October 2018: Just Group plc (LSE: Just) confirms that further to the previous announcement on 1 October 2018, Simon Thomas has resigned from his role as Chief Financial Officer. Mr Thomas ceased to be Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of Just with effect from 31 October 2018, having ensured a smooth transition to David Richardson, the Interim Chief Financial Officer.
