David Pinckney retires from the Board of the Company on 31 October 2018.  The Directors would like to thank David for his contribution to the continued success of the Company over nearly 14 years as Chairman of the Board and chairman of the audit committee and wish him a long and happy retirement.

The Board announces that following David's retirement Jo Dixon will chair the audit committee of the Company.
