("OPG", the "Group" or the "Company")

Timetable for Scrip Dividend Payment

As announced on 24 September 2018, OPG is paying a full year scrip dividend of 1 pence per ordinary share in respect of FY18. This scrip dividend was approved by the Annual General Meeting on 23 October 2018.  Shareholders will receive their dividends in the form of shares instead of cash (as the cash option is not available) and the entitlements will be rounded down in accordance with the scrip terms and conditions. There is no requirement for shareholders to make an election for the Scrip Dividend Scheme for this payment and there is no option to elect for a cash dividend.

The scrip dividend reference price will be calculated as the average of the Company's closing middle market price, as derived from the London Stock Exchange's Daily Official List, for the five consecutive business days commencing on the ex-dividend date, being 8 November 2018.
