Director Appointment

Proactis Holdings PLC ("Proactis", the "Group" or the "Company"), the global spend management and B2B eCommerce solution provider, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sophie Tomkins as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.

Sophie has considerable public markets experience, gained through a 17 year career in the City. Sophie is a Non-Executive Director of Hotel Chocolat Group PLC, Cloudcall Group PLC and System1 Group PLC.  Previous experience includes roles with Cazenove & Co, Collins Stewart and Fairfax. Sophie is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

Sophie will chair the Group's Remuneration Committee and sit on the Group's Audit Committee. 

Alan Aubrey, Chairman of the Company commented:

As part of the corporate governance review that the Board undertook earlier this year, the Board acknowledged that independence was a skill set that would complement the overall balance of the Board. We believe Sophie has real in-depth public market experience to complement that of the Board and will be a great addition."
