Animalcare Group plc (AIM: ANCR), the pan-European Animal Health business, announces that, following an exercise of options, application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 20,000 new Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. It is expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in the new Ordinary Shares on or around 31 October 2018.  

Subsequent to admission there will be 60,057,161 Ordinary Shares of 20p each in issue with voting rights. No shares are held in treasury.
