Communiqué regarding the availability of the financial results as of September 30, 2018

OMV Petrom S.A. announces its shareholders and investors that the OMV Petrom Group's consolidated results for January - September 2018 prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards will be available on the website www.omvpetrom.com, on Bucharest Stock Exchange (SNP symbol) and on London Stock Exchange (PETB and PETR symbols), starting with October 31, 2018, 8:00 a.m. (Bucharest time), simultaneously with the publishing of the OMV's (majority shareholder) results on Vienna Stock Exchange and on the website www.omv.com.

The financial statements are unaudited.

The printed version of the reports can be obtained from the Investor Relations Department, at the company's headquarters from 22 Coralilor Street, district 1, Bucharest ("Petrom City").
