RE-ISSUE OF TREASURY SHARES

CRH plc announces that on 4th March 2025 it transferred to the Trustees of the CRH plc Employee Benefit Trust 2,096,825 Ordinary Shares at a price of $97.02 per Ordinary Share for the purpose of satisfying vested awards made under the CRH 2014 Performance Share Plan.

Following the above transaction, CRH plc holds 38,588,439 Ordinary Shares in Treasury. The number of Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding Treasury Shares) is 678,262,999.
