Composition of Remuneration Committee

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.11R, RIT Capital Partners plc announces the following:

-      Jeremy Sillem, a Non-Executive Director, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect.

-      Philippe Costeletos, a Non-Executive Director, will be appointed as Chair of the Remuneration Committee on 22 July 2019.

The Board will in due course determine further changes as a consequence of the new 2018 UK Corporate Governance Code.
