DIRECTORATE CHANGE

Bristol Water plc announces the appointment of Jeremy Bending as an independent non-executive director of Bristol Water plc with effect from 25 October 2018.

Jeremy Bending has over 40 years' experience in the power and utilities sector and was previously Chief Operating Officer of National Grid Gas Distribution and Director of Network Strategy at National Grid.  Jeremy is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institute of Asset Management.

Jeremy is a non-executive director of Phoenix Natural Gas Limited, Glover Gas and Power BV. 

In 2014, after leaving National Grid, he founded and is a director of Armco Solutions Limited, a consultancy business advising in the energy and utilities sector.

Bristol Water Chairman Keith Ludeman said: "I am very pleased that Jeremy is joining the Board.  He brings strong asset management credentials to the Board and we are all looking forward to working with him."
