("the Company")

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that on 24th October 2018, the following Executive Directors and PDMR's of the Company were granted options over ordinary shares of 10p each in Company ("Shares") under the TClarke Sharesave Scheme ("the Scheme") as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the options.  The Scheme was formally launched for 2018 on 24th September 2018 and was made available to all eligible employees.  The options have an exercise price of 74.88p per share, which represents a discount of 10% to the market price at close on 23rd September 2018, being the day preceding the Scheme launch.  Options may normally be exercised during the six months following the Maturity Date at the end of the three year savings period.  The Maturity Date is 1st December 2021.  A total of 1,479,847 shares are under option for the Scheme.
