Notice of General Meeting

MetalNRG PLC (NEX:MNRG), the natural resource investing company quoted on the NEX Exchange Growth Market in London, announces that it has published and posted to shareholders a circular explaining the background to and reasons for the proposed adoption of new articles of association (“New Articles”).  Shareholders are advised that a copy of the circular and the New Articles has been placed on the Company’s website.

Since the adoption of the Company’s current Articles of Association there have been changes in company law and practice and the Board has decided that it would be an opportune time to update the Company’s articles of association to reflect these changes and best practice for public companies. 

The circular also contains a notice of a general meeting which will be held on 15th November 2018 at which a resolution to approve the adoption of the New Articles will be put to shareholders. 

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for the contents of this announcement.
