1.         Deferred Bonus Plan - Awards granted in 2015

Ricardo PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 19 October 2018, a total of 38,164 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Shares") vested in favour of the Executive Directors under the terms of the Company's 2011 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP").  This vesting, details of which are provided below, related to awards that were granted under the DBP on 19 October 2015. They vested following the end of a three year Deferral Period and were not subject to performance conditions. Further details of this vesting are provided below.

2.         Long Term Incentive Plan - Award granted in 2015

Ricardo plc (the "Company") announces that on 19 October 2018, 2,763 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Shares") vested in favour of Chris Barnes, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities under the terms of the Company's 2014 Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). The award was granted on 19 October 2018 and was not subject performance conditions.

3.         Realisation of value of shares

Immediately on vesting of the above awards, the Executive Directors and other PDMRs realised value in respect of the following Shares at a price of £7.72:
