Capital Markets Visit

Primary Health Properties PLC ("PHP" or "the Group"), one of the UK's leading investors in modern primary healthcare facilities, is today hosting a capital markets visit for analysts to a selection of its assets in the city and surrounding towns of Dublin, Republic of Ireland.

The site visit will provide attendees with an opportunity to view a number of the Group's primary care centres in its growing Irish portfolio. This will include Navan Road Primary Care Centre, acquired 5 September 2018 for £11.0m (€12.2m); Celbridge Primary Care Centre, acquired 5 September 2018 for £11.7m (€13.0m) and Bray Primary Care Centre, contracted to fund and acquire 12 July 2018 with a development cost of £19.7m (€22.3m) and completion expected Autumn 2019.

During this visit no material new information will be provided. A presentation will be given to analysts and made available on PHP's website following the event.
