The Company announces that it has declared a first interim dividend in respect of the financial year ending 30 June 2019 of [5.0] pence per ordinary share, payable on 23 November 2018 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 26 October 2018.  The ex-dividend date will be 25 October 2018.
