Confirmation of Appointment of CEO

Further to the announcement of 19 July 2018 in which it was confirmed that Phillip Wale had assumed the duties of acting Chief Executive Officer, subject to FCA approval, WH Ireland is pleased to announce that such approval has now been granted and that Phillip has agreed to be appointed as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

Tim Steel, Chairman of WH Ireland commented: "I am delighted that, following FCA approval, Phillip Wale has agreed to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer of WH Ireland and I look forward to the future for the Company under his leadership".
