Board Change

Treatt Plc, the manufacturer and supplier of innovative ingredient solutions for the flavour, fragrance, beverage and consumer product industries, announces that Anita Haines will retire from the Board of Directors at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on the 25th January 2019.

Having served on the Board since 2002, and as a Non-executive Director since 2014, Anita has made an invaluable contribution to the business as Treatt has grown substantially since she began her service with the Group in 1988.

Tim Jones, Chairman, commented "I want to express the heartfelt thanks of the Group and the Board to Anita for her outstanding contribution to Treatt over so many years.  Having Anita's experience on the Board as a Non-executive Director has been invaluable to me and to my fellow directors during a period of significant change.  We wish Anita and her family well for the future".
