("Breedon" or the "Company")

Grant of SAYE Options and PDMR Dealings

The Company has granted options to the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the Breedon Group Irish Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the "SAYE Scheme").

Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, Mr Terry Lagan, Managing Director, Lagan, is committed to making contributions over a three-year period.  As at 1 December 2021 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares of nil par value in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') which have been granted at 64.9 pence per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme.  Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, Mr Terry Lagan will have an option over 24,329 shares in the Company.

Under the terms of the SAYE Scheme, Mr Jude Lagan, Managing Director, Breedon Cement, is committed to making contributions over a five-year period.  As at 1 December 2023 these accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the SAYE Scheme as cash or used to exercise options over Ordinary Shares which have been granted at 59.4 pence per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme.  Assuming full participation in the SAYE Scheme, Mr Jude Lagan will have an option over 44,303 shares in the Company.
