Board Change

Learning Technologies Group plc, the leading integrated learning and talent services and technologies provider, announces that Harry Hill, Non-Executive Deputy Chairman of LTG, will stand down from the Board on 31 October 2018. Harry has been on the Board since the formation of LTG in November 2013, having founded In-Deed Online PLC before its merger with Epic Group Limited.

The Board intends to appoint a new Senior Independent Director in due course.

Andrew Brode, Chairman of LTG, said:

"I would like to thank Harry for his contribution to the Board and to LTG's growth over the past years and wish him the very best for his retirement. He is choosing to leave the Board when the company is in an immensely strong position, able to attract a suitable non-executive candidate to help the Group evolve through its next phase of growth."
