Investment update

Since the announcement of the Company's interim results on 19 September 2018, the Company has continued to be active in deploying capital in RiverFort-arranged investments and, as at 28 September 2018, over £1.8 million has now been invested.  As a result, the majority of our investment portfolio now comprises income generating RiverFort-arranged investments.  Furthermore, as many of these investments include warrants issued in the underlying investee companies, our scope to benefit from the future equity performance of these companies is continuing to increase, in addition to the income received from these companies.
