PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

The Company announces that on 10 October 2018 it purchased 68,953 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 162.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 85,576,723 ordinary shares in issue.
