Interim Chief Financial Officer

Bango (AIM: BGO), the mobile commerce company, announces that Carolyn Rand has joined Bango as interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Carolyn brings comprehensive finance and operational experience from CFO, COO and CEO roles in public and private companies. She has held leadership roles in technology businesses Zinwave and Isogenica and most recently in Birdlife which orchestrates payment flows globally across more than 120 conservation partners. Previous roles included Group Finance, Treasury and Financial Director roles in Sepura plc, Smith & Nephew plc.

Carolyn is expected to remain as interim CFO on a full-time basis until at least April 2019 or until a permanent CFO is appointed.
