Grant of Options / Director dealing

Yü Group PLC, the independent supplier of gas and electricity to the UK corporate sector, announces that on 26 September 2018 the remuneration committee granted Paul Rawson, Chief Financial Officer, 6,539 share options ("Options").

The Options have been granted with an exercise price of 866.5p based on the five day volume weighted average price following the announcement of the Group's results for the six months ended 30 June 2018. The Options will be exercisable from the third anniversary of the date of grant and lapse on the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.
