Ms. Cecile Camilli is the candidate for the membership of the Supervisory Board who should be co-opted by the Supervisory Board upon receipt of consent from the Czech National Bank. Ms. Camilli is Managing Director and head of CEEMEA Debt Capital Markets at Société Générale.
