PUBLICATION OF THE HAYS PLC ANNUAL REPORT & FINANCIAL STATEMENTS 2018 AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hays plc has today, in accordance with LR 9.6.1 R of the Listing Rules, submitted to the FCA copies of the following documents: 

-     Hays plc Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2018 (the "2018 Annual Report")

-     Notice of 2018 Annual General Meeting (the "2018 Notice")

-     Proxy Form for the 2018 Annual General Meeting

These have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.

The 2018 Annual Report and 2018 Notice are also available on the Hays plc website at haysplc.com/investors/annual-reports-archive and haysplc.com/investors/shareholder-services/agm and have today been sent to shareholders.

The Company's 2018 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of UBS, 5 Broadgate, London EC2M 2QS on Wednesday 14 November 2018 at 12 noon.
