Goldplat plc, the AIM listed gold producer, with international gold recovery operations located in South Africa and Ghana and a gold mine in Kenya, is pleased to announce that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 11.00am on Thursday 25 October 2018 at the offices of Grant Thornton UK LLP, 30 Finsbury Square, London, EC2P 2YU. 

The notice of AGM and form of proxy, together with the Company's annual report and accounts, will be available on the Company's website at http://www.goldplat.com/downloads and hard copies will today be posted to shareholders that have elected to receive printed copies.
