M&C Saatchi plc ("the Company")

Director Shareholding

M&C Saatchi plc was notified on 28 September 2018 that Lord Maurice Saatchi (executive director of the Company) sold 262,895 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 380 pence per share. At the same time, on 28 September 2018 The Lord Saatchi SIPP (pension fund), in which Lord Maurice Saatchi has a beneficial interest, acquired 262,895 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 380 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, there is no change in Lord Maurice Saatchi's beneficial interest in the Company, which amounts to a total holding of 4,127,060 ordinary shares in the Company and represents approximately 4.88% of the issued share capital of the Company.
