28 September 2018 - Beeks Financial Cloud Group plc (AIM: BKS), a cloud computing and connectivity provider for financial markets, is pleased to confirm that the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2018, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and a Form of Proxy, will today be posted to shareholders. 

The Annual Report & Accounts and the Notice of AGM are available on the Company's website at www.beeksfinancialcloud.com.  The AGM will be held at 11.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 24 October 2018 at Phoenix House, Phoenix Business Park, Linwood, Paisley PA1 2BH.
