Touchstar plc ("Touchstar" or the "Company"), specialists in real time data capture and mobile computing solutions for the retail, logistics and transportation sector announces that it has been informed that on 26 September 2018 Ian Martin, Chairman of the Company, purchased 35,000 shares at 44.7 pence per share. 

Following these purchases Mr Martin and his wife hold 735,250 shares in the Company representing approximately 8.68 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
