The Board of Baronsmead Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 September 2018 the Company purchased 455,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 86.75 pence per share to be held in Treasury.

Following the share buyback, the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 206,285,223 shares of which 14,438,819 shares are held in Treasury. Therefore the total number of shares in circulation which hold voting rights in the Company is 191,846,404 ordinary shares of 10p. Each share has one voting right.
