DIRECTORATE CHANGE

As previously announced on 9 April 2018, the appointment of Laura Flowerdew to the Board of Bristol Water plc will take effect from 1 October 2018.

Laura joins the Company from Bristol Energy where she held the role of Finance Director.

Laura brings a wealth of experience from her previous roles at Tribal Group Plc and Anglo American Plc and from her time at Deloitte/Arthur Andersen where she was as a Director in their Energy, Infrastructure and Utilities business.

Bristol Water CEO Mel Karam said: "I am very pleased that Laura has been able to join the Company and the Board and I are very much looking forward to working with her."
