Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018
The Company will today post the Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 May 2018 and the notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") 2018 to those shareholders who have requested paper copies.
A copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the notice of AGM are also available on the Company's website at: www.filtronic.com/investors
The AGM will be held on Thursday, 25 October 2018 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 1 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5AB.
