Statement regarding top up offer

The Company is pleased to announce that, subject to obtaining the requisite shareholder authorities, it intends, in conjunction with Northern Venture Trust PLC and Northern 2 VCT PLC, to launch a linked non-prospectus top up offer of new ordinary shares for subscription in the 2018/2019 tax year (the "Offer").

Full details of the Offer (including confirmation of the amount to be raised and details of the arrangements for existing shareholders’ priority) will be announced in November, and it is expected that an offer document will be published by the Company in January 2019, which will be available on the NVM Private Equity website (www.nvm.co.uk).
