Board changes

Aukett Swanke Group Plc (the "Company"), the international group of architects and interior designers announces that Beverley Wright, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered her resignation after four years with the Company.

Beverley is to remain with the Company during her six month notice period in order to assist with an orderly handover to her successor and to advise on any re-organisation of the finance team structure.  Further announcements regarding a successor will be made in due course.

The Board extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Beverley who has been integral to the Company's recent acquisition strategy and wishes her well for the future.
