In accordance with DTR 3.1 and Article 19 of The Market Abuse Regulation, Wilmington plc (the 'Company') was advised on 21 September 2018 that:

·      Paul Dollman, Non-Executive Director, bought 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 21 September 2018 at an average of 183 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 40,000 which represent 0.05% of the issued share capital with voting rights; and

·      Martin Morgan, Non-Executive Chairman, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company on 21 September 2018 at an average of 184 pence per share. His resultant holding of ordinary shares of 5p each is 25,000 which represent 0.03% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
