TUI AG (the "Company") announces that Mr. Horst Baier, a member of the Company's Executive Board and Chief Financial Officer, will retire from office as of 30 September 2018.

Ms. Birgit Conix, already a member of the Company's Executive Board, has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 October 2018.

This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11.
