Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')

Hamilton, Bermuda - On 11 September 2018 awards were made to PDMRs under the Company's Employee Sharesave Plan to acquire ordinary 6.5p shares ('Shares') in the capital of the Company. The awards are not subject to any performance conditions but each of the PDMRs have entered into savings contracts of three years under the plans and the awards become exercisable from December 2021. Details of the number of Shares over which awards were granted and the option price are set out in the table below.

The awards were granted in Bermuda.

The Company has also been notified that on 3 September 2018, Amanda Brown, a PDMR, transferred 21,600 Shares to Edward Brown (a person closely associated with Amanda Brown).
